Release history
Every push to dev is a release: CI validates the site, verifies the version bump, tags the commit v{release}.{major}.{minor}, and deploys to GitHub Pages. The version is owned by admin/build/version.txt and must agree with the release commit's subject.

The front page (the five sentences, the narrow-instrument framing, the one-shipped-four-specified ratio). The four guides shipped with navigation and cross-links (/method/, /architecture/, /payloads/, and /vaults/ scoped to this project's code/data split per the deconfliction rule, with the handover/session material pointed at teams.sgit.ai). The six silent failures and the day-one checklist, each promoted to its own page. The 34-check quality rubric plus rubric.json, graded against the recorder, the March Key Vault pack, and the September secrets-manager brief — reported from the guides, not yet computed from source. The unbuilt section: a hub plus six proposal pages (U1 Key Vault, U2 risk cards, U3 the Scribe, U4 secrets manager, U5 manifest-as-profile, U6 vault-as-storage), with U6's correction (this pack's own draft once overstated the remote-code rule) left recorded rather than quietly fixed. The arc, showing the September brief's correction of the March pack's Chrome Sync quota estimate in place.
